1. Agreement to These Terms

By using www.daphnealacrepair.com, calling (251) 850-5502 or submitting our contact form, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. We Are a Referral Service, Not a Contractor

Daphne AC Repair is a referral service. We are not an HVAC contractor. We connect homeowners with independent heating and air conditioning contractors. We do not diagnose, repair, install or maintain equipment, and we do not employ the technicians who do.

Independent licensed contractors provide all estimates and perform all work. Each contractor is a separate business, responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship, warranties, permits, insurance and compliance with the law. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor.

3. Services Contractors May Provide

4. Contractor Licensing and Insurance

We refer calls only to contractors who hold a license from the Alabama Board of Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractors and carry liability insurance. You're welcome to ask any contractor for their license number and proof of insurance before work begins. We do not guarantee the quality, timing or result of any contractor's work.

5. Fees and Pricing

There is no referral fee to the homeowner. We do not set prices. The contractor provides a free estimate, and you pay the contractor directly for any work you approve. Any price ranges mentioned in our guides are general information only and are not quotes or our prices.

6. Response Times

Same-day service is available in most of the Eastern Shore, but we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time. Dispatch depends on contractor availability, weather, demand and location.

7. Website Information

Our guides and articles are general information to help homeowners understand their systems. They are not professional advice for your specific situation. Electrical, gas and refrigerant work should only be done by a licensed contractor. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the home and call 911 or your gas utility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Daphne AC Repair and ADE Marketing are not liable for any work, estimates, damages, injuries or losses arising from services provided by independent contractors, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of this website or referral service.

9. Communications

Calls may be recorded, and your details are shared with the contractor who fulfils your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

Content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Daphne AC Repair and may not be copied without permission.

11. Changes to These Terms
